Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of large-scale meals in various settings, including field kitchens and garrison facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Bake, fry, braise, boil, simmer, steam, and sauté as prescribed by Army recipes, ensuring high-quality cuisine for our personnel.
- Operate, maintain, and clean field kitchen equipment, guaranteeing efficient and safe food preparation.
- Perform preventive maintenance on garrison and field kitchen equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Must have an interest in joining the U.S. Army.
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien.
- Meet age and physical requirements (17-34 years old).
- Possess good moral standing with no felony-level offenses.
- Meet height/weight standards and have no major medical procedures that would prohibit military service.
- No tattoos on the hands, neck, or face.
- 10 weeks of Basic Training.
- 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.
- 85 ASVAB Score: Operators & Food (OF).
- Up to $20K enlistment bonuses.
- Up to $115,000 for additional education benefits.
- Additional living expenses for those with dependents.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and location. Additionally, soldiers can earn up to $20,000 in enlistment bonuses and have access to comprehensive education benefits, including the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
