We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel culinary or related role. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance our menu offerings. Additionally, you will participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen staff and coordinating daily activities
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Collaborate with chefs to develop new recipes and menus that meet guest expectations
* Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a hotel culinary or related role
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances

Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year
