About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead our culinary operations at Grill and Sports Bar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies, managing kitchen operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Strategy: Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to develop new menu items and dishes.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure consistent quality.
  • Food Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, maintain a clean environment, and prevent accidents.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
