Position Overview:

L3Harris Technologies is in search of an Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing on various RF and digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, and final products.
  • Utilize diverse testing equipment while documenting findings in technical databases.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting tasks.
  • Engage in a dynamic work environment collaborating with a cross-functional team.
  • Navigate the production area throughout the shift duration.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 0 to 3 years of relevant technician or troubleshooting experience.
  • Possession of an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Enrollment in an electrical technician degree program.
  • Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles.
  • An associate degree in a technical field.
  • Experience in Electronics and RF troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Harris RFCD products and assembly methodologies.
  • Capability to execute LabVIEW-driven automated tests.
  • Proficiency with basic testing instruments such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Competence in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Aptitude for identifying issues and contributing to process enhancements.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

In alignment with pay transparency standards, the salary range for this position is $35,780 - $59,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation, as the final offer may vary based on experience and location. L3Harris also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, educational support, parental leave, paid time off, and company holidays.
