We are looking for a meticulous Electronic Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold the quality benchmarks of our electronic offerings.

Your main duties will encompass evaluating electronic components, assemblies, and systems, while pinpointing defects and compliance issues.

The perfect candidate will possess extensive knowledge of electronic systems, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to perform accurately under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

The goal of the Electronic Quality Assurance Specialist is to guarantee that our products are devoid of defects and adhere to the defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of electronic products, systems, and components to verify they meet established specifications.
  • Utilize appropriate instruments, tools, and equipment for product testing.
  • Maintain documentation and report inspection outcomes, keeping accurate records of inspection and testing data.
  • Identify and separate non-conforming components or products.
  • Support corrective actions to address any defects or non-conformities discovered during inspections.
  • Assist in failure analysis to determine the root causes of failures in electronic components or products.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality control methodologies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to other staff members regarding quality control and safety standards.
  • Inspect electronic components, assemblies, and systems for defects and operational functionality.
  • Document and communicate inspection findings and results effectively.
  • Interpret and apply quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Review the effectiveness and implementation of quality and inspection systems.
  • Conduct inspections of materials and products to ensure the quality of the finished product.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Propose modifications in standards, methodologies, and procedures based on inspection findings.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as an Electronic Quality Control Inspector or in a similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of electronic systems and components.
  • Experience in reporting and maintaining records.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Quality Control or a related field is advantageous.
  • IPC 610 and J-STD 600 training is preferred.
  • Experience with AOI is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret drawings for first piece inspections and assist with AS9102 First Article Inspections.
  • Familiarity with AS9100D standards is preferred.
