Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination to perform precise assembly tasks.
  • Proficiency in operating soldering machines.
  • Ability to create and interpret technical documentation.
  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory and production data.
  • Familiarity with ICP-610 Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies Certification is preferred, with on-site training provided.
  • Familiarity with J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronics Assemblies is preferred, with on-site training provided.
