Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Inspection: Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards, subassemblies, and finished products using schematics, assembly documents, and procedures. Inspect and test own work and the work of others to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintenance and Operation: Operate and maintain select solder machines and various pieces of automated equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Quality and Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S/ESD protection guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Strive to meet and exceed inventory accuracy requirements set forth by the company.
  • Delivery and Overtime: Meet on-time delivery requirements and be willing to work overtime as needed to meet schedules.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a related manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to read and interpret assembly, schematic drawings, and work instructions.
Physical Demands

This role requires frequent sitting and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching are also required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
