Job Title: Patient Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Concentra Career Choice. As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to patients and clients
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling, and check-in processes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other employees to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Process patient referrals, including accurate checkout, paperwork processing, and communication with Client Support Group
  • Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the facility
  • Perform medical assistant duties, such as breath alcohol tests, drug screens, and TB skin test reads, as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months to 1 year of job-related experience
  • Working knowledge of state-specific occupational medicine requirements preferred
