Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments via phone, in-person, or electronic correspondence, utilizing excellent customer service skills to ensure a remarkable patient experience.
  • Make an impact on the patient experience by streamlining appointment scheduling across multiple locations with a single phone call.
  • Assist patients and their families with appointment scheduling needs, providing clear and concise information about available appointments and clinic procedures.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner, maintaining open communication and resolving any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience and improve scheduling efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of previous experience in an office or customer service environment; previous experience in healthcare and patient scheduling a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
