EisnerAmper is on the lookout for a Coordinator in Resource Management to collaborate closely with members of the tax division at all levels.

Our resource management team is tasked with the allocation of client projects and acts as the primary liaison for work distribution, assignments, inquiries, and concerns for EisnerAmper's tax professionals.

This role is essential in ensuring that skilled team members are effectively matched with client needs and that staffing requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update daily schedules and input data for tax personnel.
- Effectively monitor resources while managing assigned hours and ensuring balanced workloads.
- Conduct outreach and follow up on critical metrics such as utilization, target hours, missing time entries, and in-office attendance.
- Generate, analyze, and summarize reports for management teams.
- Maintain Resource Management dashboards and databases utilized for scheduling.
- Collaborate directly with Resource Management colleagues and provide administrative assistance.

Basic Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency.
- Strong influencing and critical thinking skills.
