Job Overview:
As an integral part of the Facilities and Plant Engineering (F&PE) division, the chosen candidate will oversee a variety of complex Facilities Engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage corporate capital, overhead, and government-funded project timelines and financial plans (Maximo).
2. Supervise the design and support construction efforts using CAD software tools (MicroStation, Project Wise).
3. Collaborate with various engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and architectural firms to ensure projects are economically viable, adhere to budget constraints, and meet specified design criteria and timelines.
4. Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), cost assessments, and financial plans.
5. Develop and sustain precise project timelines.
6. Generate reports, drawings, and specifications for a wide range of projects.
7. Make independent, informed recommendations and design decisions.
8. Conduct technical evaluations for design, bidding, permitting packages, and construction documentation.
9. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
10. Manage alterations in project scope.
11. Conduct capacity and demand analysis of utility systems to support growth as necessary.
12. Provide technical assistance to the Facilities and Maintenance division, including the documentation of a preventative maintenance strategy and spare parts recommendations.

Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams across various departments to ensure that funding requests for Capital, Direct, Overhead, or Air Force Rent Credit are submitted and approved in alignment with long-term planning and program objectives.

Risk Management:
Identify project or program risks and implement actions to minimize impacts on existing strategic plans.

Leadership:
Lead or assist in various studies for current or emerging programs or projects.
Deliver presentations to various stakeholders and project teams as needed.
Travel as required for supplier site visits for Preliminary Design Review and Factory Acceptance Testing.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience in Facilities Engineering.
3. Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, REVIT2, etc.).

Desired Skills:
1. Facilities Engineering experience.
2. Knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling.
3. Experience in a production environment.
4. Familiarity with Computerized Numerically Control (CNC) or robotic installations.
5. Experience in machine tool repair or alignment.
6. Knowledge of machinery acceptance testing.

Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens for consideration.

Work Environment:
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with part of the work being performed remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule:
4x10 hour days, providing three days off each week.

The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and other factors. Lockheed Martin considers several elements, including the scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market conditions when extending an offer.
