Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering processes.
  • Background in Project Management or Project Engineering.
  • Must possess a Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:
  • Current Special Access Program Clearance or the ability to obtain it.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • Familiarity with project management principles (Cost/Schedule/Technical).
  • Understanding of the program lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA, Version 1, or similar tools for project planning and tracking.
  • Experience throughout the engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and experience. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education, key skills, and market considerations when extending an offer.
