Business Development Representative

BearCom is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the needs of our customers and communicate the benefits of our products and services.
- Prospect and close business with new and existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and communicate effectively to prospective customers.
- Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
- Prepare accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
- 4 years of sales experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- High energy level, cheerful, positive attitude, competitive personality, and driven to be successful.
