About the Role

BearCom is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the needs of our customers and communicate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Prospect and close business with new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and communicate effectively to prospective customers.
  • Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
Requirements
  • 4 years of sales experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High energy level, cheerful, positive attitude, competitive personality, and driven to be successful.
