We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Relationship Executive to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through our dealer platform, building strong relationships with dealer sellers, designers, and project managers, and helping to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through our dealer platform, working closely with top dealers in high-priority markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer sellers, designers, and project managers to drive MillerKnoll specifications and product sales.
- Partner with dealer sales representatives to develop new customer sales opportunities and product mix.
- Provide onboarding and training to new dealer associates, selling the entire portfolio of MillerKnoll brands.
- Host and deliver ongoing education on products, processes, and competition to dealer associates.
- Develop strong relationships across internal teams to support dealers and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably including experience as a dealer direct salesperson.
- Advanced selling skills, including prospect qualification, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, and strategic selling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence.
- Innovative and self-motivated, with the ability to represent MillerKnoll in a professional and ethical manner.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening.
- Demonstrated high personal performance standards, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Expertise within a dealer environment, with sales planning capabilities.
- Thorough knowledge of MillerKnoll products, services, and culture, as well as the ability to distinguish MillerKnoll products/services from the competition.
