Job Description

The Director of Channel Marketing at DataDirect Networks Inc. will play a critical role in building and executing a comprehensive channel marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue outcomes through key partners. This role is essential for establishing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners, including Nvidia, Supermicro, Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, and major server vendors and resellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a channel marketing strategy focused on driving revenue through key partners.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities within the partner ecosystem to maximize DDN's market presence and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with partner objectives and business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring DDN is top-of-mind for joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Develop partner-specific marketing programs that include co-branded content, joint events, webinars, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement to partner sales and marketing teams to effectively position and sell DDN solutions.
  • Drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue outcomes by developing and executing marketing campaigns that target joint solutions with Nvidia, Supermicro, and cloud partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for co-selling and upselling through channel partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in channel marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships in the technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of the AI, cloud, and data infrastructure markets, with experience working with partners such as Nvidia, Supermicro, and major cloud providers.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while executing short-term initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
