Channel Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through our dealer platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase MillerKnoll sales through our dealer platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer sellers, designers, and project managers to drive MillerKnoll specifications and product sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resources to dealers, including training and product information.
- Measure and analyze key business metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize dealer performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably in a dealer direct sales role.
- Advanced selling skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account penetration.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,600.00 - $164,950.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
