Department of Anesthesia Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Anesthesia Faculty member to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). As a key member of our Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, teaching, and research.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia services independently and supervise residents and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Contribute to the education and training of residents and medical students
- Engage in research and scholarly activities to advance the field of anesthesia and perioperative care
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Must possess a valid California Medical License
- Must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree
- Must be Fellowship trained or have equivalent advanced training and/or experience beyond that of anesthesia residency training
- Board certification in Anesthesia preferred
