We are seeking a highly qualified Anesthesia Faculty member to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). As a faculty member, you will be part of a dynamic team that emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care with a focus on evidence-based medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based, high-quality care in clinical teams that enhance the patient experience with a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Teach residents and medical students, participate in University service, faculty meetings, monthly Grand Rounds and M&M conferences, contribute to quality assurance programs and continuing education, and advance the mission of the department.
- Participate in research and education, and contribute to the development of new clinical programs and services.
- Must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree and be board eligible or certified in Anesthesia.
- Must possess a California Medical License or equivalent Special Permit issued (or Special Permit application submitted) by the California Medical Board.
- Applicant's materials must list (pending) qualifications upon submission.
- Applicant must have all requirements met by time of hire.
