We are seeking a highly qualified pain psychologist to join our faculty practice at the UCSF Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care. This full-time faculty position is available at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
Responsibilities- Conduct intake evaluations and assessments for appropriateness of neuromodulation
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for patients with pain
- Work in a multi-disciplinary environment with physician and non-physician trainees
- Develop innovative new clinical care models
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
- Completion of postdoctoral training in health psychology, with a preference for an APA-accredited clinical fellowship in pain psychology
- Licensed to practice in California
