Position Summary

BryceTech is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to provide support for various logistics functions. The role involves managing Configuration Management, Configuration Data Management, and Maintenance Data Management for both Ashore and Afloat assets as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Logistics Specialist will:

  • Deliver organizational and depot-level support in the development and updates of the Configuration Management System (CMS).
  • Assist in the verification stages of Maintenance Standards (MS) and Recurring Tasks (RT), including training, data presentation, analysis, and report generation.
  • Oversee Maintenance Items (MI), Cutter Maintenance Plans (CMP), Maintenance Requirements Lists (MRL), and CM-SETs for all relevant assets.
  • Manage updates and corrections to Configuration Item Functional Descriptions (CIFD) and associated Configuration Items (CI), ensuring accuracy in property values related to supported assets.
Qualifications

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a logistics-related discipline.

Certification Requirements:
Specific requirements for the Logistics Specialist role will be detailed in subsequent communications.

Experience:
The candidate should have a minimum of ten (10) years of practical experience in Fleet Logistics Systems (FLS), with a focus on configuration data management and property tracking in Oracle Fixed Assets Management (FAM). Additional experience may be substituted for educational qualifications.

Essential Skills:
All key personnel must demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Interpreting government policies, regulations, and directives, applying them effectively to all relevant activities.
Additional Information

This position is contingent upon BryceTech securing a prime contract. Candidates must possess a Top Secret Security Clearance.
