Position Summary:
BryceTech is seeking a seasoned program manager to provide support for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Chief Information Officer (CIO), specifically within the Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) and the Coast Guard Cyber Security Command.

Client Context:
In response to the Commandant's Coast Guard Modernization Initiative, the C5ISC was established in June 2020 to create a unified command structure and standardize processes across various missions and asset types. The C5ISC's primary objective is to integrate the Coast Guard's command, control, communications, computer, cyber, and intelligence support frameworks to deliver technological solutions that enhance mission success. The C5I Service Center comprises a geographically dispersed workforce of over 1,100 dedicated military, civilian, and contractor personnel, all committed to fulfilling the demands outlined by the Commandant's Intent, which emphasizes the increasing interconnectivity and reliance on data and networks in the maritime domain.

Role Responsibilities:
The Logistician Level III will be responsible for providing Configuration Management, Configuration Data Management, and Maintenance Data Management support for USCG assets, both Ashore and Afloat, as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and updates of the Configuration Management System (CMS).
  • Assisting in the verification stages of Maintenance Standards (MS) and Recurring Tasks (RT).
  • Managing updates and corrections to Configuration Item Functional Descriptions (CIFD) and associated Configuration Items (CI).

Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a Logistics-related field is required.
Certification: Specific Logistician Level III requirements will be outlined in future Calls issued under this BPA.
Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in Fleet Logistics Systems (FLS) is essential, particularly in configuration data management and property tracking using Oracle Fixed Assets Management (FAM). Practical knowledge of equipment characteristics and their applications is crucial for providing specialized insights and solutions.

Skills Required:
All key personnel must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to interpret and apply government policies, regulations, and directives effectively.

Additional Information:
This position is contingent upon BryceTech securing a prime bid on the DHS USCG Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) BPA contract. Candidates must possess a Top Secret Security Clearance.
