Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the servicing of a book of property reverse-flow business, receiving instructions from global partners and issuing policies in accordance with local insurance regulations.
  • Support the Multinational Program Coordinator with booking policies, following up on outstanding premiums, and other related tasks.
  • Engage with network partners and colleagues to ensure efficient processes and procedures are followed.
  • Work with the Head of MN Client Services to maintain and manage Starr's MN Communication Platform, identifying areas for enhancement to provide a better experience for users, brokers, and clients.
  • Assist in the management of the MN Insurance Rules & Regulations engine (Wiki) within the Starr MN Communication Platform, monitoring performance and performing biannual reviews.
  • Monitor the use of Starr MN Communication Platform by Network Issuing Offices, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Provide demonstrations of the MN Communication Platform's capabilities to other Lines of Business within the company, understanding their varying workflows and enhancing the platform to suit their requirements.
  • Assist in managing the Axco suite of products available to Starr, creating internal awareness of new products and arranging training as needed.
  • Assist in the development and management of the Starr MN Business portal to ensure global consistency of Starr MN Business.Requirements
    • Insurance experience preferred but not required.
    • Interest in working with stakeholders across the globe.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
    • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
    • Strong written and verbal skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
