About the Role:

Lamb Insurance Services is a leading insurance broker for social service organizations dedicated exclusively to non-profits and social service organizations nationwide. As a Client Executive, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients and identifying their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet production goals and directly sell insurance to new and existing clients.
  • Consistently reach out to new prospects from our extensive prospect database to create new opportunities for policy placement.
  • Lead consulting efforts with prospects to identify their insurance needs and work with our in-house carrier relations team to deliver the best insurance solutions from industry-leading carriers.
  • Work closely with Lamb-assigned Account Managers to service your book of acquired clients and deliver both effective on-going insurance solutions and the highest possible level of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in Lamb's in-house training programs to maintain expertise regarding products in the insurance market as well as optimize effective sales and servicing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior sales experience preferred

Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + uncapped commission
