Sales Director

As a Sales Leader at American Eagle, you will be responsible for driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty. You will execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Additionally, you will provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
