Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Indus Hotels Corporate. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, soliciting new and existing accounts, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals as directed by Indus Hotels standards, budgets, and as directed by DOS/VP Sales.
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
  • Negotiate and close sales effectively for hotel room sales, catering sales, and ability to proactively up-sell the hotel and facilities to achieve ADR and RevPar goals.
  • Participate in and follow the Marketing plan, monitor market trends, and related information to develop marketing and sales strategies.
  • Request approval for concessions, contract language, utilizing the basic Indus Hotels approved contract(s), terminology.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required by Indus VP Sales and Marketing and VP Operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hotel experience.
  • Punctual, responsible, customer service-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
  • Strong revenue production skills.
