About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be a key member of our team responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports our Sales associates through a comprehensive on-boarding program, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area. You will also have the opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.

We are looking for a strong sales leader who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. If you have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, we encourage you to apply.
