Job Description

Ntirety is a premier provider of comprehensive managed services, dedicated to helping organizations modernize and secure their complex data and technology landscapes.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team as our relationship superhero. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the overall success of our strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively close new business with Ntirety's key customers
  • Manage accounts as your own business and be compensated for your success in driving the organization's growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts, proactively establishing and maintaining professional and productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points and effectively position our products/services as valuable solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clearly defined steps to achieve mutual goals, including revenue growth, retention, and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and achieve sales and performance objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management, B2B sales, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior level executives

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on location)
