About the Job

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Industrial Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting energy efficiency among commercial and industrial customers.

You will work closely with utility client account managers and their customers to develop strategic sales plans, identify energy-saving projects, and communicate their value. Your primary goal will be to maximize achieved energy savings and drive participation in energy-efficient initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize energy savings
  • Identify energy-saving projects and assist customers in prioritizing them
  • Earn and maintain client and customer trust through relationship-building
  • Communicate the value of energy-saving projects to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete suites of program services

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in applicable application engineering, sales, or outreach position
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs
