Grants Administrator

Research Foundation CUNY is seeking a highly skilled Grants Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist Principal Investigators in the submission of grant applications and the management of awarded grants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret submission requirements and agency guidelines from Federal, State, CUNY, and private agencies.
- Ensure compliance with sponsor, City University of New York (CUNY) and CUNY MED guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and track data for proposal submissions, Notice of Grant Awards (NOGAs), and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with RFCUNY to assign account numbers to funded proposals.
- Provide assistance to PIs to manage RFCUNY accounts and electronic systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of experience in sponsored programs and grants administration or related field.
- Working knowledge of the grant proposal submission process and sponsored program and research administration.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Principal investigators, staff, associates, and government agencies & foundation officials.

RFCUNY supports CUNY faculty and staff in identifying and obtaining external support (pre-award) from government and private sponsors and is responsible for the administration of all such funded programs (post-award).
