Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Administrator to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the College's sponsored research activity, ensuring accurate accounting, record-keeping, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration and oversight of sponsored research activity, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, principles, and policies.
  • Manage funded grants, including budgeting, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Advise Principal Investigators on grant funds management, budget planning, and new funding opportunities.
  • Interpret funding agency and University guidelines, and terms of grant contracts.
  • Monitor spending, analyze and revise budgets, and develop financial reports for sponsoring agents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in budget or grants management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of laws, principles, rules, and policies relating to federally funded grants and contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with grants.gov.
