Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Administrator to join our team at the Moses/Weitzman Health System. This is a full-time, remote position that will play a critical role in the management of our grants portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of grant administration, including proposal development, grant kickoff, and close-out periods.
  • Monitor the health status of all grants monthly, working with the Grants Accountants and Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with agency requirements.
  • Support the development of needs assessment information and annual grant development plans to support CHC's strategic priorities.
  • Train and coach new program managers, project directors, and principal investigators on grant management best practices.
  • Maintain databases and files to house information on grant health, deliverables, reporting schedules, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in a field related to health, human services, administration, or finance required.
  • Masters Degree in management, finance, accounting, public administration, or other related field preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in grant proposal development and administration, including federal, state, and local funders required.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to broker buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
