Position Overview:

Compensation Structure:
The Sales Advisor role features a compensation plan that includes a base hourly wage starting at $17.75. Additionally, commission earnings are available based on the volume of sales closed, with no upper limit on potential earnings. There may also be production bonuses based on individual or team performance, which can vary significantly.

Work Environment:
This position requires full-time on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in exploring our brand and vehicle offerings, emphasizing features that cater to their unique lifestyles.
  • Provide essential information to empower customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Present financial details and other relevant information transparently.
  • Create an engaging and memorable experience for customers.
  • Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver's License, maintaining a safe driving record.

Physical Requirements:

The physical and environmental demands for this role include:

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for repetitive tasks.
  • Regular bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching with the body.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work in diverse environments, including confined spaces.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Operation of motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
  • Climbing ladders, stairs, and other structures.
