Position Overview:

As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will lead a team of Direct Care Staff to foster positive relationships with residents and staff alike.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct support to individuals during medical appointments, daily activities, and personal care.
  • Coordinating and scheduling medical appointments, ensuring individuals receive necessary care.
  • Creating weekly staff schedules and providing on-call support as needed.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of structured activities tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Completing necessary documentation within the agency's electronic record system and ensuring staff compliance.
  • Overseeing financial management of home and resident accounts in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Facilitating staff development training and assessing training needs for Direct Care Staff.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with a minimum of four years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities, or a Bachelor's Degree with two years of relevant experience.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

On-Call Responsibilities
Availability for Weekends and Holidays

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $23-$27, based on education and experience.
