Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Supervisor to oversee our IDD Residential Group Home program. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, and scheduling. Additionally, you will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year related role experience.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must currently have a valid driver's license and have been legally authorized to drive without restriction for at least 1 year post-learner's permit.
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
