Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for residential opportunities in the NW, DC area.

Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units, appliance installation, and other required tasks with a very active team.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance installation.
  • Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed jobs.
  • Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential maintenance.
  • Must have personal hand tools and drill.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a team mentality.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
