Position Overview: Senior Financial Analyst, Retail Sales & Marketing FP&A

Impossible Foods is dedicated to revolutionizing the global food industry while minimizing the effects of climate change by creating the most delectable, nutritious, and sustainable alternatives to meat, fish, and dairy sourced from plants.

Our innovative R&D team is at the forefront of developing sustainable methods to convert plant ingredients into meat, fish, and dairy products that fulfill consumer desires for taste and nutrition, all while avoiding adverse environmental and public health consequences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner for North America Retail, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance growth and profitability.
  • Provide critical financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
  • Manage complex financial models and ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Lead projects autonomously while fostering cross-functional relationships.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within consumer packaged goods or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in Sales Finance and Trade Spend analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with a focus on building and managing intricate financial models.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a keen interest in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various functions.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
