About Impossible Foods: We are on a mission to revolutionize the global food industry by creating delicious, nutritious, and sustainable alternatives to meat, fish, and dairy products using plant-based ingredients. Our flagship product, the Impossible Burger, exemplifies our commitment to sustainability, using significantly less land, water, and generating fewer greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional beef.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the North America Retail teams, providing insights that drive growth and profitability.
  • Utilize extensive analytical skills to support key financial decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and develop complex financial models using advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all financial analyses.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in the consumer packaged goods or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Finance and Trade Spend analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
