About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Parcelist, a innovative start-up tech company revolutionizing the Real Estate Industry with our world-class Package Management Solutions.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge, experience, and connections in the Real Estate Industry to drive sales growth and revenue for our company. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute a sales strategy that targets Moderate-to-Large Multi-Unit Buildings (40+ Units) and helps us take our product to the next level.

Parcelist is a game-changing start-up that has developed a total solution for Real Estate Management and Owners. Our technology and product have proven to be efficient and effective in solving the problems and challenges faced by our customers. We have a effective go-to-market strategy for building owners & management to install many more systems and to build out our sales pipeline.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager with Real Estate Industry Experience, background, and connections to help bring our solution to market. The current strategy starts with locations in Central Philadelphia eventually growing across the east coast and then the entire country.

Required Qualifications:
  • Real Estate Experience
  • Connections with Moderate-to-Large Multi-Unit Buildings (40+ Units)
  • Self-Starter
  • Proven Sales Ability and Background
  • Coachability
  • Risk-Taker
  • Organized
  • Persistent
  • Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot etc.)
