Your Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Global Operations Systems, you will be at the forefront of defining, developing, testing, and maintaining our operational frameworks, processes, and protocols.

Your role will ensure that our operational brand standards are not only well-defined but also achievable, easily evaluated, and consistently upheld across all locations.

You will oversee the execution of operational initiatives and promotions, ensuring they are viable across diverse cultural and regional contexts.

This position also plays a crucial role in supporting various global initiatives.

With a high degree of autonomy, you will make independent decisions while also collaborating with and advising executive leadership.

Your expertise will be essential in managing a wide range of projects and providing operational insights to both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Duties:
- Spearhead the development of operational systems and procedures for both franchise-owned and company-operated restaurants.
- Define, develop, and implement governance standards for restaurant management systems.
- Set and adjust annual project expectations, including budgets and timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to keep the executive team informed about project status, financial implications, risks, and resource allocations.
- Assess and maintain restaurant management systems and tools across all brand expressions.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure consistent execution of systems globally.
- Work with leadership on implementation plans for new concepts and projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to simplify and validate operational standards.
- Consult with training teams to develop new learning tools for products and processes.
- Track and update metrics to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Communicate goals and results to leadership and share best practices with global teams.
- Provide operational guidance and support to field team members and market leaders as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
- At least fifteen (15) years of experience in restaurant operations, focusing on standardization of processes and systems on a global scale.
- Proven ability to build and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
- Minimum of five (5) years of franchise experience in consulting or management roles.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and project planning.
- Knowledge of global regulations affecting food enterprises.
- Ability to gain consensus and support across all organizational levels for global operational strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership with high energy and the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and comply with travel policies.
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in operations or new business development is a plus.
- Multi-lingual and multicultural skills are advantageous.

Work Environment:

This role requires travel (approximately 25%) to various locations, both domestically and internationally, and may involve moving equipment weighing up to 55 pounds.
