About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the Boston, MA to Raleigh, NC area. This exciting opportunity offers excellent growth potential, a substantial base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, and annual bonus opportunities.

This role involves working remotely from a home office with occasional travel to client meetings within the territory. After initial training, you will be responsible for visiting companies, conducting business, and building relationships with customers and distributors.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience managing large customer accounts and developing strong relationships with clients. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field is required, along with knowledge of engineering plastics.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and conduct business
