About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality site design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with external clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain technical site design knowledge and skills, including hands-on plan preparation experience.
  • Design site plans for prominent clients across various industries.
  • Participate in the project management lifecycle, from initial project scoping to project closeout.
  • Collaborate with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision, whether as a technical design expert or project/staff manager.

Requirements
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus.
  • Experience in site civil design.
  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D).
