About the Role
The Office Manager position at Minnesota Housing Partnership (MHP) requires a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to the organization. This role will involve coordinating office operations, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide financial, human resources, and administrative support to the organization
- Coordinate office operations, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments
- Assist the Finance and Human Resources Director in ensuring the organization's fiscal responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Experience with Salesforce or similar programs is an asset
