Human Resources Coordinator

Company Overview: Hamilton-Ryker is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Midwest HR team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated HR Admin to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN office. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Integration: Manage pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and drug tests for new hires.
- Adjudication Process: Partner with HR Coordinator or Partner to undergo the adjudication process pending results of new hire screenings.
- I-9 Process Management: Rectify tentative non-confirmation results and employment authorization reverifications for new hires.
- HRIS System Administration: Enter new hire details into the HRIS system in accordance with onboarding guidelines and best practices.
- New Hire Orientation: Schedule and assign required new hire trainings.
- Personnel Files Management: Maintain personnel files via HRIS Document Manager and hard copies.
- Travel Arrangements: Process associated travel expenses for members of the HR team.
- Report Preparation: Use the HRIS system to prepare reports.
- Auditing Efforts: Support internal auditing efforts for accuracy, including I-9 records and employee personnel information.
- Labor Law Posters Compliance: Ensure federal and state regulation compliance for labor law posters.
- Calendar Management: Help schedule meetings/conference calls.
- Meeting Organization: Support the organization and scheduling of training or other meetings as needed.
- Supply Room Maintenance: Organize and maintain the HR supply room and order supplies.
- Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative duties, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, and filing.
- Additional Responsibilities: Other duties assigned to support office and HR teams.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong punctuation and grammar skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
- Positive, client service-oriented.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
- Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
Salary Information: Estimated salary range: $52,750 - $58,750 per year.
