Job Description

The Chief Pastry Experience Officer will work closely with our Bakery Managers and team members to create a superior guest experience, drive sales and profitability, and ensure all aspects of our bakery operations meet our high standards. This role serves as a vital carrier of our company culture, reinforcing our core values and brand identity in every interaction with our team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize the guest experience, model superior guest engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Partner with Bakery Managers in leading all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand presentation, work environment, and inventory control.
  • Support Bakery Managers in recruiting, selecting, and training team members, directing daily work responsibilities, and providing performance feedback and coaching.
  • E nsure Nothing Bundt Cakes product, service, bakery environment, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld and that all bakery operations adhere to food and health safety standards and our policies and procedures.
  • Assist Bakery Managers in executing operational and administrative responsibilities, which may include cake production plans, productivity goal setting, team scheduling, supply ordering, sales and labor reporting, basic accounting and expense control procedures, and payroll processing.
  • Co-manage special-order fulfillment via web and email for individual guests and corporate accounts as well as large, complex orders and deliveries.
  • Co-facilitate the opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy execution in the local community by helping to coordinate and participate in special events.
  • Maintain hands-on knowledge of all bakery roles and steps in regularly to perform various responsibilities as business needs dictate.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of $38,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, this role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within our rapidly expanding organization.
