POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Assist in the evaluation and formulation of credit approval documents for both new and ongoing lending prospects.
  • Support the commercial loan approval process, including financial assessments, risk evaluations, and compliance monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to streamline operations and improve procedural efficiencies.
  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders and conduct portfolio evaluations utilizing specified analytical tools.
  • Aid in assessing portfolio profitability and contribute to loan syndication initiatives.
  • Participate in the revision of policies and procedures and generate reports for executive and board consideration.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of commercial credit evaluation and financial concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other pertinent software.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
