Position Overview:
Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage tracking and logistics operations.

Job Type:
Full Time, Contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for clinical supply operations and administrative tasks throughout the clinical supplies lifecycle for studies of low to moderate complexity.
- Coordinate and execute logistics and administrative functions to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Assist in the daily management of study drugs, comparators, and ancillary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company practices and client specifications in all activities.
- Engage in ongoing training related to new regulations affecting clinical supplies and GxP activities.
- Collaborate with project teams within the department.
- Serve as a liaison across various functions as needed.
- Oversee daily operations including receipt, ordering, storage, labeling, inventory management, distribution, and accountability of drug products and medical devices.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and client requirements across all depot activities.
- Track inventory levels and expiration dates, issuing monthly status reports.
- Facilitate the procurement of additional supplies as required.
- Maintain updated metrics and reports in electronic management systems for assigned studies.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the clinical supply chain process, including manufacturing, handling, and distribution.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and capacity to address diverse and confidential issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail and quality standards.
- Adaptable to change and capable of managing high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:
- This position requires a flexible approach to work, including onsite training and remote tasks as necessary.
- Ideal candidates will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and spreadsheets, along with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
