Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of clinical supply processes, and the ability to work independently with moderate direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support logistics and administrative activities to ensure seamless clinical supplies operations.
  • Support the management of study drugs, comparators, and ancillaries, ensuring compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
  • Complete ongoing training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies and GxP activities.
  • Participate in and support department project teams, coordinating cross-functional activities as needed.
  • Oversee the receipt, ordering, storage, labeling, and distribution of clinical supplies, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely reporting.
  • Track inventories and expiration dates, issuing monthly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Arrange purchases of additional supplies as required.
  • Maintain accurate data in electronic management systems for assigned studies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience in a technical or administrative role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of clinical supply processes, including manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, exporting, auditing, labeling, and packaging.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and independently with moderate direct supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to utilize proper channels of communication to voice concerns and suggestions.
