Job Summary:

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the management of clinical supplies. This position requires a meticulous and organized individual who can efficiently handle the logistics associated with clinical studies.

Your responsibilities will encompass the ordering, receiving, processing, storage, shipment, and delivery of clinical supplies for various studies.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills who can coordinate logistics for studies of moderate to high complexity with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support logistics operations, including the assembly and packaging of laboratory kits according to study specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on assembled kits, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and shipments.
  • Perform labeling and other essential tasks related to kitting operations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of supplies as necessary.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide clerical assistance to Logistics Coordinators and Investigator Services.
  • Handle data entry tasks, including order placements and site address entries.

Investigator Services:
  • Assist study sites with inquiries regarding sample processing and shipping.
  • Act as a liaison for investigator sites, offering guidance and resolving logistical issues.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of queries and exceptions in line with internal protocols.
  • Monitor and notify sites of critical values and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational training.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical capability to handle frequent mobility and lifting tasks.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including early starts and late finishes.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
