Job Summary:

Our organization is in need of a meticulous and organized Logistics Coordinator for Clinical Supplies. This role is crucial in managing the ordering, receiving, processing, storage, shipment, and delivery of clinical supplies for various studies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities and coordinate logistics for studies of moderate to complex nature with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support logistics operations, including assembling and packing laboratory kits according to study specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on assembled kits, order fulfillment, and shipments.
  • Perform labeling tasks and other related activities in kitting operations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading supplies as necessary.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide clerical assistance to Logistics Coordinators and Investigator Services.
  • Handle data entry tasks such as placing orders, entering site addresses, and issuing invoices.

Investigator Services:
  • Assist study sites with inquiries regarding processing and shipping samples.
  • Act as a liaison for investigator sites, offering guidance and resolving issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries and exceptions in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Monitor and notify sites of critical values and escalate concerns to management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational training.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical capability for frequent mobility and lifting of objects.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including early starts and late finishes.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
