Position Overview:
American Cybersystems is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to support our clinical supplies operations. This role is essential in managing the lifecycle of clinical supplies for studies of varying complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee the management of study drugs, comparators, and ancillary supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications in all activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training regarding new regulations and good practices.
  • Act as a liaison across departments and coordinate project teams as needed.
  • Manage daily operations including receipt, ordering, storage, and inventory of drug products and medical devices.
  • Track inventory levels and expiration dates, issuing regular status reports.
  • Facilitate the purchase of additional supplies as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in electronic management systems for assigned studies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and spreadsheets, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in tracking logistics is highly desirable.
